Income Tax Condones Delay in filing Form 10IC for AY 2021-22

Form 10IC is required to be filed by a domestic company who chooses to pay tax at concessional rate of 22% u/s 115BAA of Income Tax Act 1961

Conditions required to be satisfied for condonation of delay are as follows

1. The Income tax return is required to be filed on or before the due date.
2. The company has opted for taxation u/s 115BBA of the act in filing status in Part A- GEN in ITR 6
3. Form 10IC is required to be filed on or before 31st January 2024
