How to Clear Cache for EZTax.in Portal ?

Web site or Portal updates take time for different reasons, generally 24 hours or more. You can remove EZTax's cache without removing other browser pages. Follow the instructions to use the latest version of EZTax.

Web "Cache" is temporary storage with in a web browser that stores website / portal files so that pages get loaded faster on subsequent visits.

1. EZTax Portal Login Page:

Go to EZTax.in Self-Service Income Tax Filing Portal at https://eztax.in/self/

2. Select Application & Clear Cache

1. Open Browser DevTools using Ctrl + Shift + I (all together)
2. Click on "Application" tab on the top-right hand side (as shown in the image)
3. Expand Cache Storage (as shown in the image)
4. Right click on the cache "itr-v..." and delete
5. Once deleted, refresh the page using Ctrl + Shift + R (all together)

Now you will get the latest software from EZTax Cloud servers. While this is not necessary, at times, due to your laptop / PC configuration, there is a chance that you may not get the latest software. Use when necessary.

Alternatively, you may remove all cache from your browser or use incognito window when you think it is necessary to have latest software.
