The screen facilitate to add / update a system user information such as personal communication information, activity, services enrolled, payment details and provision to pay for future subscriptions, security information, and a provision to add another user for read-only access such as an auditor or firm/company owner / head etc.


EZTax GST Account My Details

My Details:
  1. Name: The name of the person responsible for maintaining the business will be displayed here. For example, Mr. Ram is the person responsible for maintaining the business of Sri Ram Enterprises. Hence Mr. Ram's name will be displayed here.
  2. E-Mail ID: The e-Mail which you have given while creating the account in EZGST Accounting software will be displayed here. If you want to edit the email, you can click on edit and change the e-mail .
  3. User Name: A username is a name that uniquely identifies the registered person in EZTax GST accounting software.
  4. User Number: A Service User Number is a unique number allocated to those who registered in EZTax GST accounting. A Service User number is helpful to find out the User details easily. It is unique to every person registered in EZGST accounting software.
  5. Mobile Number: 10 digit valid contact number which was given while creating EZTax GST Accounting software will be displayed here. If you want to change the mobile number, you can change the mobile number.

My Activity: EZTax GST accounting software enables you to view a user's logon information, such as the last logon, as well as viewing which users are logged onto a given computer.

  1. Current Logged-in Date: This shows the date and time on which you have logged into EZTax GST Accounting software currently.
  2. Last Logged-in Date: This shows the date and time on which you have logged into EZTax GST Accounting software last time. This indicates the level of activity done by you.

My Services: EZTax GST Accounting software displays all your business details like GSTIN, Trade Name, status of payment and subscription expiry date. It helps you in tracking your business details at one place.

Payment Details: It shows the details of payment which is made towards purchase of EZTax GST Accounting software. It displays the date of payment, fee, GST, discount and total amount paid.

Security: My Login Information: Login information is an integral part of security procedures. It shows the previous browser info, login date, time, device, IP address. It helps you in securing the data.

Add Read Only User: Read only access is the authorization given to users that enable them to access specific resources. The read only user is allowed to read or view and not to make changes. When you want to give read only access to specific user, you need to click on add user and enter the email address and mobile number. You can select the business for which you want to give access.

  1. e-Mail Address: The email of the responsible person should be given here. An email address identifies an email box to which email messages are delivered.
  2. Mobile Number: 10 digit valid contact number of the responsible person should be given.
  3. Select Business: If you have multiple business in EZTax GST Accounting software, you need to select the business for which you wants to give read only access. Once you select the business, the read only access will be granted to the users for the business selected.
  4. Audit Check: If you want to provide the access to third parties like auditors,tax consultants etc, you need to select audit check option. Audit Check helps you in safeguarding your information like customers and suppliers as they are very important in running the business. This role access provide only financial information without your customer contact details.
  5. Save: After entering all the above required details, you need to click on save. The details will be automatically saved.
