3
Set Brand Colours
Choose your brand's primary and secondary colours. These will be applied to headers, borders, and accent elements in your invoice.
4
Add Custom Header Text
Enter custom text for the invoice header — such as "Thank You for Your Business" or your company tagline. This appears above your business details.
5
Add Custom Footer Text
Add a footer message — perhaps your payment terms, thank you note, or discount code. This appears below the invoice total.
6
Choose Print Size & Orientation
A4 (Popular): Standard invoice size for letterhead. A5 (Rare): Smaller invoice format. POS Receipt (3.125" width): For point-of-sale terminals. Choose Portrait (standard) or Landscape (more content space).

Customization Best Practices
Tips for creating professional, effective invoices
🎨
Keep It Simple
Use 2-3 brand colours maximum. Too many colours make the invoice look cluttered and unprofessional.
👀
Ensure Readability
Choose colours with sufficient contrast between text and background so the invoice is easy to read when printed or viewed digitally.
📱
Test on Different Devices
Preview and print your customized invoice on different devices and screen sizes to ensure it looks professional everywhere.
💼
Match Your Brand
Use the same logo, colours, and fonts as your website and marketing materials for consistent brand recognition.
Remember: An invoice is often the last touchpoint with a customer. A professional, branded invoice leaves a lasting positive impression and encourages repeat business.
